If you're a keen cyclist, you can either join an organised event or set up your own route with, or without friends, and get sponsored per mile.

Bungee jump
Bungee jumping is one of the most popular extreme sports and can be a "must do" for a lot of (strange) people! If you fall into this category why not do a sponsored jump for us - Bungee Extreme specialises in this sport and will help you find a venue and make sure you are safe.

Climbing

Cricket match
Fancy yourself as a "Freddie" Flintoff? Then why not organise a friendly cricket match asking players to raise sponsorship per run scored or wicket taken.

If your hobby is scuba diving you can take part in, or organise, a sponsored dive. Participants can either be sponsored for the length of time they stay under water work or for events taking place beneath the surface such as an egg and spoon race.

Dog walk
For those people with their canine friends - why not organise your own, or group, dog walk where you are sponsored per mile or charge an entry fee for participants and their owners?

Exercise
If you love working out at the gym, you could organise a sponsored exercise session and try to get your "gym-phobic" family and friends to join you. People could be sponsored for, say, reaching a certain amount of miles on the treadmill or metres on the rowing machine.

Fish-in
For those who love angling, it seems that sponsored fish-ins are all the rage! Simply charge an entry feel to your participants and they can get themselves sponsored for every catch they make.

Golf days
If you like nothing better than a good round of golf why not approach your local club and see if you can arrange a charity golf day there? Your players and/or teams can pay an entry fee and, whilst having a hard-earned drink at the 19th hole, you could even hold a raffle and award the prizes.

Go-Kart racing
There are loads of go-kart racing tracks around the country and a go-kart competition is great fun for a range of all ages. You could ask people to make a donation on top of the entry fee and raise sponsorship money per lap.

Horse ride
Do you have your own horse or belong to a riding club? If so, you could design your own cross-country route and charge your riders an entry fee while they get sponsored per mile or lap they complete.

Ice-skating
If you live near to an ice rink and like nothing better than gliding on skates, why not set up a sponsored ice-skate? You could charge an entry fee and raise sponsorship per lap completed.

Juggling
A great skill and always entertaining to watch, if you can juggle you could set up a contest to find the person who can juggle the longest. Simply charge an entry fee and award a prize to the winning juggler.

Kickboxing
If you belong to a kickboxing club, why not organised a sponsored "kick-a-thon" where the participants pay an entry fee and compete to see who can do the most kicks in an hour?
